A short loop on the Pine Mountain Trail
Early in October the troop did a short loop on the pine mountain trail. We stayed with the pack at the group campsite and then hiked out and did about a 12 mile loop. Great trip for young scouts. We camped at the Beech Bottom campsite (the blue dots on the loop) & may have been the only group on the trail. We made it back to the pack in time for lunch.
